A high quality 8-inch LCD screen is paired with a thermal module for the measurement of body temperature and detection of elevated temperature. Measurement speed is less than 1 second. The screen shows the temperature and lights up green or red, indicating if the temperature is normal or high. Multiple interfaces are on offer for the integration of access control.  The temperature measurement range is 10 ºC – 42 ºC.

The no-touch ThermoStation is fast, hygienic and easy to use. The maximum temperature detection distance is 1 meter, with a temperature measurement accuracy of ≤ ± 0.5 ºC.

The system supoorts multiple languages for the spoken alarms and detects face and temperature even with a mask or mouthpiece present.

InfraSpector C70 Gate Camera System

Thermal Entry Screening Portal based on an IR thermal imaging camera with high accuracy and repeatability.

Measurement characteristics optimised for the human body temperature range.

Contactless measurement from a height of 120cm or more using a non-stop-walk-through principle. The maximum temperature measured in a thermal image is used for the screening.

The screening algorithm can be adjusted to trigger an acoustic and visual alarm when a temperature is detected outside of the acceptable range. Optionally a real time thermal image can be displayed on an external monitor for manned surveillance.

Driven by a Windows10 based Mini-PC and can be used for data analysis or interfacing to access systems if required (not included).

For pass-through counting purposes, integrated dual pass-through sensors will count the number of people entering and exiting to monitor the number of people on the premises.

A colour LCD on top of the portal can be configured to hide or display thermal information and counting data.

The walk-through camera-based screening system offers a maximum capacity of 40 persons per minute, based on a spacing of 150cm between individuals. The 70 series models offer a passing width of 70cm, while the 120 series models accommodate, for example, wheelchairs or shopping carts. The C70M model offers an additional metal detector to widen its application range.

InfraSpector S70 Gate Sensor System

Thermal Entry Screening Portal based on Twin IR thermal sensors integrated at different heights of 135cm and 165cm.

InfraSpector S70 - sensor based thermal inspection

The Sensor measures the temperature of the human wrist as the base for screening. Holding a wrist in front of one of the sensors at a distance of 20mm to 100mm will trigger the sensor for temperature measurement within 1 second. The measurement process takes place without physical contact with the sensor, using a stop-and-go-walk-through principle.

A screening algorithm can be adjusted to trigger an acoustic and visual alarm when a temperature is detected outside a certain range.

The system is driven by an integrated controller (no PC).

For pass-through counting purposes, integrated dual pass-through sensors will count the number of people entering and exiting to monitor the number of people on the premises.

The colour LCD on top of the portal can be configured to hide or display thermal information and counting data.

The stop-and-go-walk-through principle of the sensor-based screening system offers a maximum capacity of 10 persons per minute, based on a spacing of 150cm between individuals. The 70 series models offer a passing width of 70cm, while the 120 series models accommodate, for example, wheelchairs or shopping carts. The S70M model offers an additional metal detector to widen its application range.

The InfraSpector Expanse, based on infrared imaging technology is a fever screening system suitable for use in areas where there are large groups of people such as airports, seaports and public places like shopping centres. It scans more people. much faster and from a greater distance than our other models.

It is a fixed camera that has a powerful 384×288 IR detector which delivers 110,592 pixels to the end-user’s screen. The thermal video/images have a temperature measurement range of -20 °C ~ +60 °C and measurement accuracy of ≤ 0.3 °C which makes this ideal for fever screening programmes. The accurate temperature readings are thanks to the black body box included.

InfraSpector Expanse also comes with a range of temperature measurement tools which include Motion detection, Disk alarm, I/O alarm, Temperature alarm and many more.

Continuous measurement with a non-stop-walk through method delivers efficient temperature measurement of up to 16 people at once at 20fps.

The InfraSpector Expanse allows non-invasive fever screening to take place with no disruptions to the flow of people in an area.
